1.

Approval to hire Schultz Associates to conduct a boundary survey of the Warren Cemetery at a cost of $2,800.00.

2.

Set November 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Wheatland Municipal Building as the time and place for a public hearing on the 2027 Budget.

3.

Set November 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Wheatland Municipal Building as the time and place for a public hearing on the 2027 Special Districts Budget.

4.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with Honey Locust Farms, LLC, for horse drawn wagon rides on December 4^th at a cost of $700.

5.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with Jeff Bleier for ice carving on December 4^th at a cost of $300.00.

6.

Accept the 3-year bid from Waste Management for refuse and recycling for the Mumford, Rolling Acres and Fairview Road Refuse Districts with the bid as outlined in these minutes and the contract running from January 1, 2027-December 31, 2029.

Proclamation in Celebration of the 135^th Anniversary of the Second Baptist Church.

Authorize Laurie Czapranski, Records Management Officer, to sign an agreement with Lincoln Archives, Inc. for one-time document destruction. Cost not to exceed $420.

Approval of the Evidence of Property Insurance coverage in the amount of $800,000 in place of a surety bond for the Tax Collector.

Set November 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Wheatland Municipal Building as the time and place for a public hearing to adopt Local Law No. 4 of 2026 the Large-Scale Solar Energy Systems Code Changes.

Authorize Highway Superintendent to send the 2020 Ford F250 to Auction.

Approval for the Highway Superintendent to purchase a 2026 F250 pickup truck from Jim Barnard Chevrolet at a cost of $69,973.23 off of the NYS OGS Award #23166, contract #PC68975.

Acknowledgement of Kane Gascon’s resignation from both the Planning and Zoning Board, effective immediately.
